Version 1.0.30 Post Launch Bug Fixes

•  You can skip level 78, it is now with the other late game optional levels
• Correct the level grid layout to make it clear that levels 41 and 42 are optional (no functional change)
•  Level selection grid has VCR control to page through the levels
•  Mini-map shows completed state for all groups
• Move undo button to top right to avoid being obscured by Steam notifications
